Question Need help with starters and pokes

Hey guys Gweedo here ,
have been trying to get a good group of people in Nashville going and one of the New guys plays Flash or is learning flash and we are looking for some good strats and practices that will help him. He is decent at SF and he is struggling a little with the NRS Engine so any types of good starters you would use or tips please show him some love

Seeing as how we all have different styles, I would scour footage and visit the tech thread. If there are MU specific questions have him ask them in the MU corner. Most of the Flash community is pretty fast about helping out.
