After nearly a year of professional lurking on the site since late MK9/early IGAU I've decided to make an account. Some users have probably seen me on here, mainly in the Kitana forums, but I doubt that others have never seen me like at all lol. I've been playing fighters casually since 2010, being in a few XBL Tekken 6 clans, and playing online in other fighters like Soul Calibur and Dead or Alive. I literally grew up playing fighters (shoutouts to Bloody Roar) and I doubt that I'll ever stop playing, like ever. lol
I've never been a serious fan of 2D fighters but when MKX was first shown at E3, I knew that I had to be a part of the game and the best way to do that is to join the community. Learning the 2D lingo i.e. trip guards, push block, etc. has been a learning curve but I'm adjusting... I think lmfao. I'm not new to fighting games, but I am definitely new to MKX for sure. Eventually, I plan on competing (shoutouts to the pot bonuses) and to just have a good ass time with a good ass game.
Because I only own one Armani Exchange shirt I should mention that my real name is Isaiah, lol. I reside in M.D/D.C and my main character is Kitana. Seeing how Trepound and 16 bit bodied players in the glorious MK9 era made me develop a serious love for the princess. Right now, I'm in the process of purchasing a new system so I can play you guys. My Xbox One got destroyed recently and I'm trying to re-coup, have you guys seen how many buffs Kitana got?! I can't even enjoy her now lol.
But anyways, cheers to MKX, and cheers to TYM.
You guys are great. Seriously. I've never seen a more active community.
