My ideas for new & returning moves, X-Ray moves, fatalities, etc

I am also using characters that are deceased/revenants/undead in case they ever bring them back in future games.

1 Baraka in case they ever bring him back from the dead according to the original timeline he had a regenerative/regenerating healing factor as he was able to survive Kung Lao's Hat Slice/Vertical Slice Fatality though he was required to wear metal staples to hold his body together so there's no doubt he could have survived D'Vorah's Heart Broken Fatality in MKX's story mode if not then they could just use a brand new Tarkatan character.

Costumes:

Default-Baraka wears a red samurai like chest plate with large bone spikes from the shoulder guards. Fangs like his are also found on the chest plate.

Alternate-His Mortal Kombat 9 alternate outfit.

Battle cry: Baraka extends his blades "My blades will end your life! though I doubt they would bring back battle cries due to the new unique character interactions before matches/rounds maybe as DLC or an option you could turn on & off in the game's settings so if you don't want to hear/see the interactions or don't like them you can disable them & enable the Battle Cries from MK9.

Special Moves

Blade Fury AKA Chop Chop Blades returning move: Same as above except Baraka slashes the foe repeatedly instead of stabbing them.

Enhanced-Shredder: Adds 2 more slashes.

Blade Swipe returning move: Baraka performs a quick, strong swipe at the foe with his blade.

Enhanced-Heavy Swipe: Baraka slowly/gradually pulls/rears his blade slash & performs a much heavier & stronger swipe with it which increases the damage though since this move is slow it momentarily/temporarily leaves him open/vulnerable.

Blade Drop new move: Baraka jumps at the foe performing an overhead chop with both blades.

Enhanced-Blade Crash: Baraka stabs the ground twice after dropping on the foe.

Scrape Kick returning move: Baraka releases his Tarkatan Blades and launches at his foe with his legs/feet.

Baraka is very vulnerable if this attack/move misses his foe completely.

Enhanced-Scrape Kick Leap: Has longer range but the damage is the same.

X-Ray Move-Vicious Blades: Baraka slashes across the foe's chest diagonally, damaging the ribs and lungs. Afterwards, he stabs them through the abdomen damaging the stomach followed by another diagonal slash further damaging the ribs and lungs, adding damage to the heart. The final slash knocks them off of Baraka's blade.

Round win: Baraka roars into the sky

Round lose: Baraka pushes himself up with his blades

Standard Victory pose: Baraka crosses his blades above his head

Fatalities

Predatory: Baraka begins hacking wildly at his foe until they are completely cut apart. Afterwards, Baraka retracts his blades and starts eating the remains.

Victory Pose: Baraka just keeps eating

You Forgot This: Baraka extends one of his blades through his foes head then decapitates them. After that, Baraka cuts the body/torso in half vertically and throws the head on the remains.

Victory Pose: Baraka sharpens his blades on themselves


Ending

Having defeated Shinnok Baraka created high tension between the various races of Outworld. One day, a massive war broke out ravishing the entire realm. Having foreseen this, Baraka had allied himself with Goro. With the Shokan's help, all who opposed the Tarkatan rule were killed, and know they begin/began their march on Earthrealm.

Jax

Costumes:

Default-Jax's cybernetic arms are thicker than his MK 9 version (like his MK: Deadly Alliance arms) and he has his vest from his alternate costume in MK 9.

Alternate-His Mortal Kombat 9 default outfit.

Battle cry: Jax flexes his cybernetic arms "You're out of your league"

Special Moves

Air Gotcha Grab returning move: Same as MK9

Enhanced-Air Gotcha Blast: Same as MK9

Overhead Smash returning move: Jax jumps into the air and brings his elbow down onto the foes head.

Enhanced-Elite Smash: After the elbow connects, Jax grabs the foe and hits an inverted piledriver.

Missile returning move: Jax shoots a missile from his bionic arms.

Enhanced-Double Missile: Jax shoots two missiles in quick succession.

Piston Punch returning move: Jax punches his foe multiple times. (MK:DA, MK:A)

Enhanced-Piston Punches: Jax punches the foe longer for more damage.

Plasma Ball returning move: Jax fires a purplish projectile from one of his bionic arms. (MK4, MKG)

Enhanced-Plasma Balls: Jax fires two purple balls for more damage.

Blinding Light returning move: Jax contains energy within his hands and then releases a powerful purple flash, blinding his foe for a short time at a short range. (MKvsDCU)

Enhanced-Blinding Flash: Jax takes longer to unleash the flash but the result if it connects is the foe being blinded longer but the range doesn't change.

X-Ray Move-Cyber Headache: Jax grabs thefoe by the neck and punches him/her in the face, damaging/breaking the skull. Once they fall on the ground, he kicks them in the face, further damaging/fracturing the skull.

Round win: Jax cracks his knuckles and chuckles.

Round lose: Jax gets up normally.

Standard Victory Pose: Jax kisses each cybernetic arm once. Afterwards he says "Oh yeah!"

Fatalities

Split the Difference: Jax puts one of metal fists through his foes abdomen, they cough up a small amount of blood. He then lifts them up and rips them in half.

Victory Pose: Jax grunts and throws the body halves down.



Touchdown!: Jax delivers a powerful uppercut, severing/decapitating the opponent's head. It falls back down, he catches it, and spikes it, causing it to splatter.

Victory Pose: Jax holds up his arms like to an invisible crowd.

Ending

Lord Shinnok was defeated but the path was harsh. Jax had lost many men in pursuit of the warlord and the final battle left his robotic arms all but destroyed. Luckily the resources of The Outerworld Investigation Agency were pooled to face the Outworld forces. After a few days, Jax was back, better than ever.


Kano

Costumes:

Default-Kano wears an old Vietnam era uniform with the sleeves ripped of exposing his dragon tattoos. He also has a utility belt around his chest.

Alternate-His Mortal Kombat 9 alternate outfit

Battle cry: Kano sheathes his knife "This will be over in a tick"


Special Moves:

Ground Ball new move: Very similar to Mileena's Rolling Thunder.

Enhanced-Ball Bounce: Pretty much the same as Mileena except it can be charged for more damage.

Chokehold Throw Original Version returning move: Kano grabs the foe by the neck/throat with both hands, lifts them up, and shakes them back and forth while choking/strangling them before tossing them forwards.

Enhanced-Choke & Knife: Kano throws a knife at the foe's chest after throwing them.

Blade Spin returning move: Kano spins both of his knives around his body, knocking the foe up into the air if it connects. Only usable by MK1 Kano. (MKT PSX Version)

Enhanced-Blade Spinner: Kano slashes the foe longer with his knives before the last slice knocks them up in the air increasing the damage.

Psycho Kanoball returning move: This version of Kano's Ball move sees him flying all over the screen in random directions. (MKT)

Enhanced-Bladed or Knife Psycho Kanoball: Kano swings his knives around repeatedly to slash at the foe instead of hitting them with his body which causes more damage if it connects.


Air Throw returning move: While in the air, Kano uses his legs to push the foe to the ground.

Enhanced-Air Throw Roll: The same version from MK9 in which Kano chokes his foe in mid-air to slam them against the ground and roll away after it.

Fist of Power returning move:
Kano rapidly lunges forward and strikes/punches the foe with an energy covered fist. (MK:A)

Enhanced-Fists Of Power: Kano rapidly lunges forward & punches the foe with both of his fists that are covered in energy which increases the damage but the range is the same.

Parry returning move: Kano will counter any physical attacks. (MKvsDCU)

Enhanced-Counter: Kano can also counter any of the foes special moves, throws, or X-Ray Moves etc though their X-Ray move will just miss he won't use it against/on them.

Stab Frenzy new move: Kano stabs the foe multiple times with his knives.

Enhanced-Kano Frenzy: Kano stabs his foe multiple times with his knives and finishes with a Headbutt with his metal plate.

Charging Headbutt/Metal Headbutt new move: Kano charges at the foe head first to headbutt them with his metal plate which knocks them down if it hits.

Enhanced-Stunning Headbutt: The headbutt will temporarily stun the foe similar to the late Shao Kahn's Wrath Hammer Attack instead of knocking them down leaving them open.

X-Ray Move-Hit the Nail: Kano throws three knives into thefoe, each one damaging the ribcage and lungs. Kano then performs his ball attack, breaking the ribs, driving the knives deeper in the body, causing more damage to the lungs.

Round win: Kano tosses his knife up and catches it as it falls.

Round lose: Kano just gets up.

Standard Victory Pose: Kano wipes his knife off and sheathes it.

Fatalities

Look Ma, No Hands!: Kano uses his eye laser to cut off the foes right arm, then head, then torso. No blood escapes because of the laser cauterizing the wounds.

Victory Pose: Kano shines a red light from his robotic eye on the camera.

Kano Cannonball: Kano curls into his ball, but covers himself in energy. He then shoots forward, bursting through his foe. The bust through is shown 3 times.

Victory Pose: Kano wipes off his robotic eye and starts laughing.

Ending
Defeating Shinnok was just phase one of his master plan. With Outworld in a frenzy to replace their fallen leader, Kano managed to slip away. After collecting the remains of destroyed technology, Kano managed to upgrade his cybernetic eye allowing him to control any machine telepathically/
Soon, no force on Earth will be able to stop him.
 
Raiden

Costumes:

Default-Light blue armor on his chest and shoulders (styled like his armor with his dark form/alternate costume in MK 2011) with same styled bracers and shin guards. He has white robes on under the armor and tabi socks with black sandals. His straw hat is normal and has a deep blue cape.

Alternate-His MK9 default outfit

Battle Cry: Raiden teleports in with a bolt of lightning "The Elder Gods will judge you"

Special Moves:

Reverse Electricity returning move by itself: Raiden sends a bolt of lightning in the other direction hitting a foe from behind. (MKT)

Enhanced-Double Reverse Electricity: Raiden sends out 2 lightning bolts in the other direction to zap the foe in the back for more damage.

Electric Slide returning move: Raiden slides across the floor/ground and hits his foe with his shoulder, electrocuting/shocking/zapping them in the process. (MK:DA)

Enhanced-Electric Dash: Has longer reach but the damage remains the same.

Lightning Crash new move: Raiden launches a bolt skyward and a large bolt of lightning crashes down. Has a close, medium, and far command.

Enhanced-Thunder Crash: Raiden causes multiple bolts of lightning down. Comes down in the order close, medium, far.

X-Ray Move-Static Charge: Raiden strikes with a chop to the foes neck, breaking the collar bone/clavicle and neck followed by a punch to the intestines. Raiden then teleports behind the foe then strikes with three punches on the spine traveling up it each on breaking the section it hit. Raiden then teleports back in front of them then strikes with an electrically charged punch to the face, breaking the skull.

Round Win: Raiden increases the lightning around him.

Round Lose: Raiden teleports away and reappears standing.

Standard Victory Pose: Raiden bows to the camera as lightning crashes around him.

Fatalities

Clear!-Raiden channels large amounts of lightning into his fists then uses a double fisted punch into his foes chest. The foe stumbles back a bit while sparking before they convulse and explode to pieces.
FATALITY NOTE: If Raiden uses this Fatality on a mechanized character (Sektor if he returns, Cyrax if he returns) their eyes will shine with beams of light while convulsing before they explode to bits.

Victory Pose: Raiden holds his hands in front of him while lightning travels in between them.

Divine Punishment-Raiden teleports away. Then a large bolt of lightning crashes down on the foe instantly destroying them. Raiden stands where the foe was standing, a large electric aura surrounding him.

Victory Pose: Raiden transitions between different martial arts poses while the lightning arcs around him.

Ending
With the destruction of Shinnok, the realms quickly separated from each other. But the scars from the merging were still present. The being known as Blaze had taken control of the Netherrealm. Through long negotiations, the Elder Gods gave Raiden the power to dispose of the evil entity once and for all.

Scorpion

Costumes:

Default-Scorpion wears his MK 9 costume, with razor bracers, full scorpion shoulder guards, the vest becomes plated, Scorpion's mask has barbs down the sides, the faceplate is a plated section, plates going opposite directions, meeting in the middle. His swords are two katanas with stingers at the end.

Alternate-Mortal Kombat 9 default outfit.

Battle Cry: Scorpion appears in a burst of fire "You will burn!"

Special Moves:

Fire Breath returning move: Removing his mask to show his flaming skull, Scorpion spews fire on his foe. (MK4, MK:SM, MKG)

This move has a pretty short range.

Enhanced-Flame Breath or Hellfire Breath: The move has longer range but the damage is the same.

Teleport Kick returning move: Scorpion teleports behind the foe with a flaming aura surround him & kicks the foe in the back.

Enhanced-Hellfire Kick: After Scorpion kicks the foe in the back the back he quickly reappears in front of them & kicks them in the chest while being surrounded in fire.

Flaming Backflip Kick returning move: Scorpion performs a backflip kick followed by a trail of fire.

Enhanced-Hellfire Backflip: After Scorpion backflip kicks the foe in the air he quickly slams his flaming foot down on their head while jumping towards them slamming them down to the ground.

Inner Flames returning move: Scorpion creates flames of hellfire all around his body that damages anyone who comes into direct contact with him, even during a special move. (MKvsDCU)

Enhanced-Inner Hellfire: The flames stay around longer.

Kunai new move: Scorpion tosses a kunai at his foe.

Enhanced-Flame Kunai: Scorpion covers his kunai with hellfire increasing its damage.

Choke new move: Scorpion chokes his foe.

Enhanced-Garrote: Scorpion uses his hand spear or the chain of it as a garrote to increase the damage during choke.

X-Ray Move-Vengeance: Scorpion kicks the foe in the stomach damaging the intestines. He then smashes his elbow on the back of there head, breaking the skull. He finishes by summoning fire and burning the body, damaging all the muscles.

Round Win: Scorpion quickly covers himself in hellfire.

Round Lose: Scorpion disappears in hellfire and reappears standing up.

Standard Victory Pose: Scorpion creates a massive amount of hellfire as he roars in victory.

Fatalities

Skeet Shot: Scorpion uses a roundhouse kick to send the foe flying. He catches them with the hand spear and slams them over his shoulder. Afterward, he throws them back into the air, unmasks, and uses his fire breath to burn the body fatally. The skeleton crashes into the ground and explodes into dust.

Victory Pose: Scorpion launches his fire breath at the area just under the camera.

NetherRealm Wrath: Scorpion opens a gate to the NetherRealm on the floor and throws the foe in. A few screams of agony are/is heard and blood gets spurted up, falls back in, and a plume of fire bursts up.

Victory Pose: Scorpion closes the gate and glares at the camera.

SECRET FATALITY: Toasty!: Scorpion takes off his mask, revealing a skull face, and breathes fire at/on his foe, burning them alive. Their charred skeleton falls in front of Scorpion and he crushes the burnt skull with his feet/foot.

Victory Pose: Scorpion growls "Toasty" as he grinds the skull beneath his foot.

Ending
By calling on the full power of the NetherRealm, Scorpion brought an end to Shinnok's life. When he returned to the NetherRealm, he learned that Quan Chi resurrected Shinnok as a more powerful enforcer. Quan Chi also revealed that he was the one who killed Scorpion's clan and family. Infuriated, Scorpion utilized his hellfire powers to destroy Quan Chi. Then he defeated the resurrected Shinnok, but lost trace of Quan Chi, now on the run from his wrath.

Shang Tsung if they ever bring him back

Costumes:

Default-Shang Tsung (as his young self) wears a red robe with black cloth over the shoulders onto his back. Gold dragons are on the legs of the robe with flame depicted on the sleeves. A straight sword is at his waist.

Alternate: His Mortal Kombat 9 default outfit with the straight sword.

Battle cry: Shang Tsung creates a flaming skull and dismisses it "Your soul will be mine!"

Special Moves:

Soul Away/Soul Towards two new moves: Shang Tsung turns into a glowing green mist and dashes forwards or backwards similar to Smoke';s/Tomas Vrbada's Smoke Towards & Smoke Away moves.

Enhanced-Spirit Away/Spirit Towards: Shang Tsung can dash a farther distance similar to Smoke's/Tomas Vrbada's Phase Towards & Phase Away enhanced moves.

Soul Slasher new move: Shang Tsung slashes with his sword.

Enhanced-Triple Slasher: Shang Tsung slashes with the sword three times.

Forward Fireball returning move: Shang Tsung shoots a fireball at his opponent. (MK:DA, MK:A)

Enhanced-Forward Fireballs: He shoots 2 fireballs at the foe.

Fire Ring returning move: Shang Tsung shoots a fireball from each hand. The two fireballs come together in a circle-like process, hitting the foe at close or far range. (MK:DA, MK:A)

Enhanced-Fire Rings: He fires 2 fireballs from each hand. The 4 fireballs come together in a circle like process hitting the foe at close or far range for more damage.

Mysterious Magic returning move: Shang Tsung glows with a green aura, and runs toward the foe, suddenly disappearing just before reaching them, and reappearing right behind them to strike with a low sliding kick. (MK:A)

Enhanced-Mysterious Sorcery: He does a double low sliding kick to the foe at the end for more damage.

Body Switch returning move: With a gesture of his magic, Shang Tsung will switch sides of the screen with the foe, which can be considered a form of teleportation. (MKvsDCU)

Enhanced-Quick Switch: Does it faster.

Slide Launch returning move: Shang Tsung does a slide kick that trips the foe, then launches them into the air. (MKvsDCU)

Enhanced-Flaming Slide Launch: His foot is covered in fire which increases the damage.

Hot Escape returning move: He digs into the ground and erupts at his opponent as a means of teleportation. (MKvsDCU)

Enhanced-Hellish Escape: If he erupts at his foe the fire will burn & damage them if he touches them in the process & he also teleports faster.

Bed Of Nails new move based on one of his old fatalities: He raises a bed of metal bladed spikes out of the ground on the stage which will hurt the foe if they touch them or get knocked or thrown at them.

Eventually the spike bed will sink back underneath the ground & disappear & then ST can't use the move until 10 seconds passes.

Enhanced-Bed Of Spikes: The spike bed remains on the stage longer before returning underground & he only has to wait 5 seconds to use the enhanced version instead of 10.

X-Ray Move-Soul of the Sword: Shang Tsung partially transforms for his Soul Towards move, only with his sword drawn. He impales the foe with his sword damaging the sternum. He then drains a part/portion of their soul into the sword damaging all the muscles. He then pulls the sword out and discharges the soul to force the hilt of the sword into their face breaking the skull.

Round Win: Shang Tsung slowly rotates his arms, one with a soul, one with a flaming skull before dismissing them both.

Round Lose: Shang Tsung simply gets up.

Standard Victory Pose: Shang Tsung draws the soul from his opponent's foe and absorbs it.

Fatalities

Parasite: Shang Tsung turns into a green mist and enters the foe. They start to age rapidly and scream in agony before they collapse dead. Shang Tsung then leaves their corpse.

Victory Pose: Shang Tsung laughs evilly before changing into the foe and back, never not laughing.

Soul Bomb: Shang Tsung summons up a soul and surrounds it in his fire/flaming skulls. He then throws it at the foe and is absorbed by them or it's absorbed by them or they absorb it. They begin to glow green and panic right before they explode, leaving nothing behind.

Victory Pose: Shang Tsung absorbs the soul from the area the foe was standing.

Ending
Once Shang Tsung killed Shinnok he began to absorb his soul. Little did he know, that the late Sektor's programing had intertwined with the late Shao Kahn's soul. When the programming merged with Shang Tsung, the unthinkable happened. Sektor's will overtook Shang Tsung's, and allowed him to gain complete control over living life as well as machines. The ultimate threat was born.

Sub-Zero

Costumes:

Default: Sub-Zero has an armored vest. His mask is a black hood with blue face mask. He has shoulder guards with a dragon face on them his arms have metal bracers and the arms themselves are covered in frost. His legs match that of Mortal Kombat: Deception.

Alternate: His Mortal Kombat 9 default outfit

Battle Cry: Sub-Zero walks in, the ground freezing beneath him "You will freeze to the core!"

Special Moves:

Ice Puddle returning move: Sub-Zero freezes the floor and whoever steps on the circle of ice will be frozen to the ground.

Enhanced-Ground Freeze: Sub-Zero freezes the entire arena floor that is in front of him.

Ice Wave new move: Sub-Zero sends a wave of ice spikes at the foe.

Enhanced-Arctic Wave: Ice Wave moves faster and does more damage.

Ice Shard new move: Sub-Zero throws a shard of ice at the foe.

Enhanced-Ice Crystal: The ice shard increases in size and does more damage.

Ice Shaker returning move: Sub-Zero emits a wave of cold air from his body freezing anyone or anything near him. (MK:DA)

Enhanced-Frost Shaker: The wave of cold air that he emits from his body has greater reach but does not freeze the foe longer.

Ice Shower returning move: Sub-Zero shoots ice straight overhead which falls back down atop his foe freezing them. He can shoot it close, mid way, or far away to freeze the foe.

Enhanced-Ice Showers or Ice Rain: He shoots several ice blasts in the air which fall in a horizontal pattern making them more likely to freeze his foe.

Ice Pillar returning move:

In Armageddon, Ice Shower is known as Ice Pillar and instead of falling on the foe, the ice comes up underneath them like a frozen geyser, freezing and suspending them in the air.

I thought that Ice Shower & Ice Pillar should be 2 different moves.

Enhanced-Frozen Pillar: It freezes & suspends the foe in the air longer.

Cold Shoulder returning move: Sub-Zero rushes the foe with his shoulder, leaving a trail of ice behind him on the ground.

Enhanced-Frozen Shoulder: It has better reach.

Tombstone Teleport returning move: Sub-Zero's body becomes ice, falls backward into the ground, and reappears behind his foe. (MKvsDCU)

Enhanced-Frozen Teleport: He does it faster.

Icy Counter returning move: Sub-Zero quickly covers himself in a sheet of ice. If the foe attacks him physically whilst in this state, they will automatically be flash-frozen as Sub-Zero disappears and reappears behind them with his Kori Blade/Ice Sword in hand to strike them down. A low or sweep attack from the foe does not trigger this ability. (MKvsDCU)

Enhanced-Frozen Counter: A low or sweep attack from the foe does trigger the move this time around.

Ice Nugget: Sub-Zero makes a nugget out of ice above his foe, which comes crashing down onto them. It is unblockable. (MKvsDCU)

Enhanced-Ice Nuggets: He drops 3 ice nuggets down on the foe one after the other for more damage.

Ice Dagger new move: He throws a dagger made of ice at the foe or icicle like projectile.

Enhanced-Ice Daggers: He throws two ice daggers or icicles, one high, and one low.

Snowball Grenade new move based on an old fatality: He throws an orb of ice at the foe which explodes hurting them & sending them flying.

Enhanced-Snowball Grenades: He tosses 3 for more damage.

Ice Scepter new move based on his weapon in MK4/Gold: He takes out his Ice Scepter & rushes towards the foe with it held out freezing them on contact.

Enhanced-Ice Scepter Rush: He dashes towards the foe more while trying to freeze them with the weapon.

X-Ray move-Frost Bite: Sub-Zero slams both hands forward, breaking his opponent's ribs. He then makes an ice ball and smashes it into the opponent's head, damaging the skull. Sub-Zero than creates an ice sword and runs it through the opponent's stomach damaging the intestines.

Round Win: Sub-Zero creates a small fog of ice vapor.

Round Lose: Sub-Zero simply stands up.

Standard Victory Pose: Sub-Zero freezes the camera.

Fatalities

Crushed Ice: Sub-Zero freezes the foe and creates a large chunk of ice over them. He drops the ice chunk on the frozen foe, shattering both.

Victory Pose: Sub-Zero creates a chunk of ice in his hand and crushes it.

Piece by Piece: Sub-Zero freezes the foes legs, and slides into them, making them shatter. Sub-Zero than freezes his foes arms and shatters them. He then picks up what is left of his foe, throws it/them into the air, freezes it/them, and shatters it/them as it/they falls.

Victory Pose: Sub-Zero launches his ice energy to his left and right.

Ending
Sub-Zero killed Shinnok against the will of the Lin Kuei, causing the clan to turn against him. Sub-Zero knew he couldn't fight them all alone, and that one of the invaders could help him. So he tracked down the one known as Cyrax & constructed him a suit to fight the Cyborg of the Lin Kuei. Cyrax did help Sub-Zero, and the ultimate Lin Kuei warrior was born.

Kabal if they ever bring him back

Costumes:

Default-Kabal has a leather duster under his gear. His respirator looks the same as his MK9 one. He has spiked shoulder guards and bracers. His boots glow with some kind of cybernetics. He has small canisters of gas at his waist.

Alternate-His MK9 default costume with the gas canisters.

Special Moves:

Gas Bomb new move: Kabal throws a gas canister at the foe which explodes on contact.

Enhanced-Vapor Bomb: The gas canister creates a bigger explosion and does more damage.

Poison Gas new move: Kabal fires a stream of gas at his foe.

Enhanced-Toxic Gas: The gas stream causes more damage and reduces damage taken by the foe by 1%.

Nomad's Touch returning move:
Kabal thrusts out his hands towards the foe, and - if they are in range - will be caught in an odd field that draws them in to collide with Kabal, though only the foe gets hurt when they make contact. (MK:D, MK:A)

Enhanced-Nomad's Clash or Collide: Has better reach reducing the amount of range the foe has to be at.


Gas Wave new move: (Kabal will inhale deeply, before hopping up to stomp on the ground, and making a small purple shockwave. (does more damage ) the longer it charges) this move leaves him vulnerable due to the startup.


Enhanced-Nomad's Wave: It does more damage even if it's not charged & has a quicker start up making Kabal less vulnerable.

Hooksword Throw new move: He throws one of his hookswords at the foe which slashes them before returning to him like a boomerang.

If it/they miss the foe they will magically reappear back on Kabal's person.

Enhanced-Double Hook Sword Throw: He throws both of his hook swords one high & one low which come back like a boomerang.

Sun Bin Strikes new move: (Kabal will do two quick right jabs, before a left haymaker, that crumples the foe.)

Enhanced-Sun Bin Barrage: He does 3 quick right jabs before doing a left hay maker which crumples the foe.

Hooksword Spin new move: (Kabal will do an upwards spinning attack with both hookswords, similar to Baraka's Blade Spin.

Enhanced-Hooksword Cyclone or Spinner: Adds 2 more slashes.

Sweeping Slash new move: (Kabal will crouch down and use both hookswords to slash the ankles of his foe, causing a trip-up.)

No Enhanced.

X-Ray Move-High Speed Collision: Kabal dashes up to his foe and punches them in the face damaging the skull. While they're falling, Kabal runs up behind them and knees the back of their skull/back of their head further damaging it. While the opponent is being knocked upwards from the knee bash, Kabal runs up in front of them and straight kicks them in the stomach damaging the intestines and spine.

Fatalities

Don't Blink: Kabal draws both his hookswords and runs past the foe multiple times from all angles until he stops behind them. Shortly after, the foe collapses into pieces.

Victory Pose: Kabal runs off the left side of the screen the re-enters from the right side.

Friction Burn: Kabal snags his foe on one of his hookswords and runs across the field repeatedly until the foe is almost completely worn down leaving a streak of blood on the ground.

Victory Pose: Kabal pulls his hooksword out the corpse and puts it back on his back.

Ending
As the final parts of Shinnok vanished, Kabal stood triumphic. In killing Shinnok, Kabal realized just how strong he was. Taking note of the invaders, Kabal organized his own organization known as S.T.R.I.K.E. It would be their responsibility to keep all forces of OutWorld and the NetherRealm contained.
 
Noob Saibot if they ever bring him back:

Costumes:

Default-Noob Saibot's sleeves become a series of black straps. His hood becomes looser and face plate becomes a cloth. His vest turns lose fitting. His bracers and shin guard become more metallic and he gains a katana on his back.

Alternate: Default Mortal Kombat 9 outfit with the katana

Battle Cry: Noob and his shadow both walk up and his shadow turns back into a shadow "Fear the Darkness!"

Special Moves

Shadow Bleed new move: Noob Saibot unsheathes his sword or scythe as he dashes through the foe, cutting/slashing them as he does.

Enhanced-Saibot Bleed: Noob Saibot dashes/cuts through the foe twice.

Shadow Throw new move:
Noob sends out a shadowy construct that grabs and throws his foe into the air. (UMK3, MKT)

Enhanced-Shadow Piledriver: The shadow grabs the foe & jumps up in the air with them backwards & turns them upside down & drives their head into the ground on the way down.

Dark Assassin returning move:
Noob tosses 4 shurikens in one throw at the foe.

(MK:D, MK:A)

Enhanced-Ninja Assassin: He throws 8 of them in 1 throw increasing the damage.

Darkness returning move: Noob Saibot vanishes and reappears at will. (MKD:D MK:A)

Unlike Reptile & Smoke/Tomas Vrbada & The Predator he turns completely invisible instead of partially but doesn't add a damage boost.

Enhanced-Darker: Gets a damage boost as well.

Shadow Spin new move based on a fatality: Noob lifts his arm to summon a spinning cloud identical to the one that surrounds a foe affected by his attack-disabling projectile/disabler/ghost ball. It drops onto the foe, lifts him or her into the air, then spins them repeatedly before tossing them away where they take damage upon landing.

Enhanced-Shadow Spinner or Cyclone: The cloud spins the foe so fast & rapidly that they also take damage before being tossed out where they take additional damage from the fall.

Scythe Throw new move: Noob summons/draws a scythe which he tosses at the foe which slashes them before returning to Noob like a boomerang though if it misses them it magically reappears back in his hands.

Enhanced-Doom Scythe: The scythe knocks the foe down after it slashes them.

X-Ray Move-Twin Punishment: Noob punches the foe in the face, breaking the jaw. As they fall, Noob's shadow erupts from the ground damaging their spine. Now standing, Noob punches the foe in the face again, damaging the skull more. His shadow then grabs them and flips them, damaging the neck and damaging the skull even more.

Round Win: Noob and his shadow take a dual martial arts pose.

Round Lose: Noob sinks into a portal and falls back onto the stage standing.

Standard Victory Pose: Noob unsheathes his sword points it at the camera.

Fatalities

Share the Job: Noob draws his sword or scythe and cuts the foe half way through. He then summons his shadow who cuts them the rest of the way.

Victory Pose: Noob and his shadow resheath their swords or put away their scythes at the same time and Noob's shadow disappears.

Be Afraid of the Dark: Noob fires a black hole/portal at his foe, hitting them in the chest. They get pulled in on themselves until they completely disappear. Afterwards their twisted remains fall from a portal above them.

Victory Pose: Noob laughs evilly as dark energy swirls around him.

Ending
Noob had killed the final opponent he was told by Quan Chi Shinnok. Now no one stands in the way of the sorcerer. But Quan Chi betrayed Noob and attempted to destroy him. But he was saved from destruction by the evil being Lucifer. By swearing loyalty to him, Noob Saibot was given new power from Lucifer, and the demon gained a new minion.




Reptile

Costumes:

Default-Reptile has an uncovered head with reptilian snout. He wears the typical ninja vest (not padded) with a black metal chest plate on the front. His arms have black bandages on his arm down to his elbow, and black and yellow plated bracers on his forearms. His shoulders have plated shoulder guards with snakes depicted on them. He has baggy pants to his knees. His knee guards depict a cobra's head with the hood exposed and the cobra's body makes up shin guards. He also has a plain tail.

Alternate-Reptile's alternate MK 9 outfit and with his tail and unmasked head with snout.

Battle Cry: Reptile appears from being invisible "For my fallen brethren!"

Special Moves:

Acid Hand returning move: Reptile creates a Force Ball & spins toward the foe knocking them back.

Enhanced-Reptilian Hand: The attack will send the foe skyward but decreases in damage.

Upper Force Ball returning move from MKSM in that game only boss Reptile could use it he throws his Forceball in the air to hit airborne foes.

Enhanced Upper Mega Ball It is bigger & causes more damage.

Dash Punch returning move from MK4 & Gold Reptile slides & punches the foe has an acid slime trail behind it this time just like his Slide move.

Enhanced Dash Punches He punches the foe twice.

Super Crawl returning move from MK4 & Gold Reptile crawls under the foe's feet knocking them over.

Enhanced Acid Crawl He has acid trailing all around him which increases the damage.

Rolling Spikes returning move from MKDA & MKA Reptile curls himself into a ball & rolls forward knocking the foe off of their feet.

Enhanced Super Roll Similar to Mileena's enhanced Rolling Thunder move from MK9 IDK Either that or Acid Roll which has acid forming around Reptile while he's rolling causing more damage maybe that can be the Meter Burn version.

Tasty Meal new move based on an old fatality Reptile extends his tongue & tries to grab the foe if successful he pulls them into his open mouth wear he chews on their head for a few seconds before spitting them flying out.

Enhanced Yummy He bites on their head longer before spitting them out.

Tongue Whip new move He extends his long lizard tongue from a distance to whip his foe in the face burning their cheeks due to his acid saliva.

Enhanced Tongue Whips He does it 3 times.

Tail Whip new move Reptile uses his tail to whip the foe.

Enhanced Tail Spin He spins with his tail extended.

Face Chew new move based on a fatality He leaps on the foes shoulders and chews on the foes face for a good few seconds before jumping off.

Enhanced Face Munch He leaps a bigger distance making it easier for him to land on the foes shoulders and he feasts on their face longer.

X-Ray Move Cold Blooded Fury Reptile punches the foe in the stomach damaging their intestines.

When they double over he uppercuts their face/head damaging the skull.

He then uses his tail to trip them damaging their skull more & damaging their ribs.

He finishes with a stomp on the foes back breaking their spine.

This X-Ray Move is unique in that it hits the foe four times instead of the maximum of three.

Round Win: Reptile lets out a laugh like hiss.

Round Lose: Reptile simply stands back up.

Standard Victory Pose: Reptile disappears & reappears right before attacking the camera.

Fatalities:

Tongue Lashing: Reptile stretches out his tongue in a whip like motion.

The tongue wraps around the foe before he pulls it back ripping them in two/in half.

Fatality Victory Pose:

Reptile licks his snout/nose.

Feeding Frenzy: Reptile disappears/turns invisible & the foe looks around trying to figure out where he is.

Suddenly a portion of their neck or throat vanishes making blood gush out.

Reptile reappears, rips off their head, and eats it.

Fatality Victory Pose: Reptile roars/hisses at the sky.

Ending

Having beaten the force of Shinnok, Reptile yad finally avenged his race for the horrors caused by him & the late Shao Kahn.

But that did nothing to relieve the suffering when he realized that he had just lost the only lead he had to revive them.

For months, Reptile had disappeared from view, sulking in sorrow & rage.

He was eventually found by Khameleon, a survivor he didn't even know existed.

Within a month, the first patch of Saurian eggs were laid, Reptile's race would soon rise again.
