To do a double 2,1,2+1 he must hit off the wall.
A great 35+ midscreen is (freeze combo),Jp,2,1,2+1>>f1,4

You can do a double 2,1,1+2 midscreen, but it's way too strict timing.

The combo reo done at the wall was Ice Ball, JIP,+ +, NJP,+, , the idea of that combo is to drop a close bomb afterwards, and then short dive the opponent on wake up, but Reo dropped it on the bomb input. Instead of , you can l into :en Short Dive kick for 47%, :en or swap the :en short dive kick for which will be 57%.

That has to be done on a cornered opponent.

This is your midscreen combo -> JIP, Ice Ball, JIP,+, Dash Forward, for 43%, or 45% with an :en Slide, or swap a slide for a medium bomb.
