Most Consistent Mid-Screen Slow Globe Resets?

I've been trying Raptor's reset on Scarecrow, however, everytime Scarecrow gets pushed out just out of the globe. I've been trying to do the reset off of f23 mb db3. Is there a more consistent reset mid-screen, or is Raptor's the best? What am I doing wrong?

I use the one Sonic uses. F23 BF1, crossup J1 F23 Wall. Then if they know to forward dash the j1, I go for other options.

Yea, that seems like the go to one when you connect a max range f23 db3 mb. I figured why Raptor's reset isn't working for me, it can only be done when you connect f23 db3 mb at point blank. Or very close to point blank range.

I set the AI to auto, reversal backdash on. At point blank f23 db3 mb, the Raptor reset works. Does not work at max range f23.

Also, im pretty sure they only nerfed how long the globe is out, not how long it takes to freeze.
