Cage ban wagon?
Hey guys just wanted to make the signup thread since I am almost done with finals. This is going to be a poll thread/sign up thread. People are telling me that they can't make it certain days and stuff and all these conflicts. Well heres my schedule:

Friday dec 21.... Work 8pm-12am
Saturday dec 22.... Work 8pm-12am
That is my work schedule for that week. I am unaware of my schedule for next weekend but it will most likely be the same.

I have work both days in the evening until midnight which means the tournament will have to start before I go to work or after I go to work.

Before work: I will probably start the tournament around 3 maybe 4 o'clock? I'm not exactly sure but I want to start it early enough to I can finish the tournament before 8. If it doesn't get done then I wanna have somebody I can rely on to finish up maybe the last 2-3 matches and finish up the brackets for me. I will be using the challonge brackets.

After work: I will start the tournament ASAP. I'll be home by 12:10 and turn my xbox on and get things running by 12:15-12:20 hopefully. Now this is pretty late for most people. Many have told me that they have work Saturday/sunday morning so they don't want the tournament to start too late.

So heres what I want you guys to do. Vote for what time is best for you. Since you can't make multiple questions I am just going to put a bunch of choices on the board and you guys pick. I am setting it to allow you to pick multiple choices so please don't screw with this.

This is the first week of doing it and I want to revamp the MK scene at least online because I know people have been waiting for something like this for a while now. Don't ruin this by trolling the thread and messing up the polls and what not. That includes you MK haters that play Injustice. I've been seeing lots of fighting with both scenes talking about whos game is crap and whos isn't.

I personally don't like injustice but I have no right to bash it or ever will again because I don't play it and don't have a place to. Even though I don't play it I would still enter it in tourney because its NRS and I will always support them

So let me know what time you guys prefer. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO STREAM TAG ME AND LET ME KNOW BECAUSE I'M STILL IN NEED OF A STREAMER FOR BOTH SYSTEMS.

If you would like to sign up there is still space left, just tag me and let me know your system. Remember you can sign up for both. I have decided that if there are more than 32 players then I will not stick to the 32 man cap. LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THIS..... SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!

Remember guys this is solely off of what you guys put in. If I get no consistency and no sign-ups for the first few weeks, I'm not going to waste my time.

Let me know in the comments below if you want me to participate in my own tournament. A lot of people don't like seeing Kabal so maybe you can have some sort of proposition for me? I'm allowed to play but no kabal, cage, sonya, and kenshi? You guys let me know what you think because I love playing in tournaments as well as running them and watching the hype stream matches.

I just front-paged this in an effort to give it more attention.

Also CURBOLICOUS - when we talked on FaceBook, I did highlight issues that had arisen with my PS3's disc reader due to a fucked-up system update from Sony. However, with the use of digital downloads I have gotten around this setback and can play MK again...so count me in, if you would. Free as I am, I suppose I can't turn myself away from these events.

As for the provision of streams, you can also count me in. For the schedules, I personally don't advise December 21-22, because it's incredibly close to Christmas and naturally most of our community will be spending time with their families. It might still work...I cannot speak for anyone but myself. I just feel 28-29 may work better, doesn't matter what time.

As far as you wanting to play in your own tournament, well, why not? And no need to impose bullshit limitations on yourself. Use whoever the Hell you please. By now, we all know how MK9's match-up system goes...certainly doesn't stop some of us from playing it.

It'll probably be pretty tough the first two weeks since everyone's super rusty and people are out of town. I'm down to do them if I'm home, but you might consider starting these in January like Blake said.

@CURBOLICOUS I've already said i was down to stream it on both systems if you need it. Like i said before let me know whats going on. I will not participate do to my OP gameplay in MK.
