Mortal Kombat Legacy Season 2 Update, Director weighs in on possible delay

Back in June we received word that Mortal Kombat Legacy Season 2, directed by Kevin Tancharoen would be releasing during the month of September 2013. Well... we're here and people fans are wondering, "what's going on?". It turns out that Kevin is well-aware that the fans are eager to see the first episode of Mortal Kombat Legacy Season 2 as he took to twitter today and answered a question. He was quoted saying, "I do not control or determine how and when things are released." See full question and response below:

It is still very early in this month of September, so those wondering why or where the debut of season 2 is... it is clear that we just need to be more patient!

I'm not even going to lie at this point, I don't care about the Legacy series anymore. Between the awful delays and that equally disappointing footage of Scorpion fighting Sub-Zero...well, I'll just leave it at that.

The delays are annoying but from what I seen the fights look awesome.
