Mortal Kombat Legacy and other MK TV series?

Recently I started watching Mortal Kombat Legacy on youtube and found if pretty entertaining. Apparently there are plans to make a second season? Also there were two previous MK shows on TV before in the 90's: the 1996 cartoon series Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm and the 1998 live-action series Mortal Kombat: Konquest. Has anyone seen these old shows from the 90's? are they any good? Also what do you guys think about MKL season one and the prospects of a second season?

The MK defenders of the realm series was pretty much a joke lol. It's pretty terrible.

I think the new mk legacy season 2 is supposed to premiere sometime this year, maybe next month or so. Its hypee

Apparently Quan Chi was created in by the animators in the cartoon series tho. I find it funny that one of earthrealms deadliest foes started out as a random cartoon villain.

Also What the hell is up with Ermac!? in the preview of MKL season 2, he looks like a zombie thing. Also why is Liu Kang evil?
