At first, this article pissed me off. Then I thought about it more and I understand the point of it. When you buy a used game, the profit goes right to the vendor who sold it; not the manufacturer. The manufacturers are looking to get some of that money back. Can't say I blame them for doing this, but dammit if it doesn't come off as greedy.

I think what places like Gamestop will do is just reduce the price of the used game by 10 dollars.

I think it was a pretty smart move by them, didnt hear a lot of people complain when Dead Space 2 went with it. I remember it giving me a two day trial (since i rented it) and during the two days it was an all access pass
