Not sure how many people would care anymore, but if you want input, I'd say slight advantage Kabal, Raiden has better tools than most to keep Kabal honest, especially in the context of a large hitbox character, but the risks are still on him.
Also, the Kabal you were playing is seriously suffering from M2Dave syndrome, I don't think he maintained more than 2 reps of NDC strings.
