Wish I knew honestly. I really think getting some fighters like King of Fighters 13 that has a pretty large national scene would be smart for them. No clue what their criteria for selecting fighters would be like though.

i think they should, mk9 had some success, and injustice is hot right now. capcom players are willing to play our game, and if MLG picks it up and not include cashcom games, then we would have a dedicated injustice tournament with huge pot, possible WB bonus, and capcom players that want in on money, its a win/win for the FGC and Injustice.

KOF was a total flop at MLG last year, they would never have it again. Same with Tekken, those two failed pretty miserably.

MK and SCV did pretty well but they are all but dead now. I personally would think they would have to get CAPCOM games into the mix and maybe Injustice.

MLG actually did do KOF XIII, last year, but they dropped it after three MLG events I think. I can't remember if they dropped KOF or Soul Calibur first.

i think mk was the only game that did well. as a whole... fighters lost MLG a lot of money per rumors. not sure. im just trying to plan a head :/

Pretty sure it was dropped after 2 for KOF. Columbus they had like 20 people I think, KOF community was saying give us another shot in Anaheim, Cali scene for KOF is big, etc. Then at anaheim is had like 25 people lol. That was when it got dropped.

I'm fairly confident that everyone outside of the Japanese players would attend an MLG event for Injustice. Big money spread out among top 8 is like porn to these Capcom players.

They have shown that they are still looking into the idea on twitter but they usually try to do a lineup of multiples fighters and at the moment i dont think they have anything but Injustice. You never know though.

They really should introduce a team aspect to the tourney, or something of that sort. 1v1 is tight, but just getting more people involved I think would be a good thing. (I have no clue how they would/could do it though)

If MLG came back into the FGC, I definately do my best to get to 1 or 2 of them.
