Yes, it's tech. After a trade with f2, you can almost always continue the combo.

I dont know the match up either but I saw that you could also do S1 as a punish (not just exTele). S1/S3 AA into teleport conversion is a 0 bar punish opportunity then...in theory.

Yea, I condition the opponent that way. Most of the time it's not a raw f2, but a delayed one. Or after a s1, sprint, forward dash etc. Once he respects it, I get free grabs.
