Makes sense. I'd rather wait for a stream in Januari showing the new character+other stuff. Then watching the stream this month with no new stuff.
Even though I'm one of those people who's mainly interested in returning characters I hope they'll reveal a new character next. Seems more exciting to see someone entirely new in a magazine and having to wait for a stream to see what he's really about (compared to seeing an old character and basicly knowing what his variations/special-moves will be).
