Anyone know who or why this was started?

i'm talking about the "hey hey hey" people would chant when kabal did his b1 2 1 combo in the corner.

Some people ever did a variation of it saying "smoke smoke smoke" for his combo

The "hey hey hey" chant came from the characters itself getting hit in the corner by B121 they would scream "AH AH AAAAAH!!" every time, which then originated the chant itself.
