MK11 Roster - 29 Characters Confirmed

Wow. So it's almost a certainty that the unlockable characters (Shang/Mileena) from the leaks is very likely to be true. That would round out the roster number with the known characters.

Edit: When you hover over the bottom two locked characters it doesn't even highlight, they stay dark. Confirmed unlockable characters. Confirmed leak. Confirmed.

Terminas is Geras old name, that explains the TER.

Erron Black isn't old? It said he was with Kano's black dragon and stayed in outworld... So his ending is non-cannon in every way... bummer, I loved Erron Black as old mercenary which had something to do with Shang Tsung.

Jade was also like an adopted daughter to Shao Kahn?

Kabal was like first a cop and then black dragon? I thought it was the other way around?

29 characters! I really hope Mileena, Shang and Rain are in!

very very good news .... if this roster spots numbers get confirmed in the end , we can dream about having Shang and Mileena in MK 11, indeed ! hell, even Sareena on KP2 could be a possibility , who knows ?

That doesn't contradict Erron Black's ending. We don't know when he left Earthrealm and wound up in Outworld. All it means is he got slow aging from Shang 150 years ago, then relatively recently encountered Kano, and made his way to Outworld. You can rest easy.

You know what, since they are konfirming the 3 secret character slots

I feel like NRS may reveal one of them during the Stress test this weekend

I shouldnt hype myself up for something that is not likely, but there is a chance.

OMG, this roster size gave me hype beyond measure. I'm probably heading for a fall, but now I get dreams of Rain's conversations with Jacqui, D'Vorah, Kotal Kahn and Shao Kahn. Damn, that would be so awesome!

I don't wanna be pessimistic but I think the base roster is 23 excluding the secret / unlockable characters and Shao Kahn (or 24 since the bottom slot at the MK11 select screen could be for Shao Kahn).

The other five slots at the bottom are fading to black, which means there will obv be DLC, most likely more than one Kombat Pack.

good call .... I have a feeling that Ed Boon lied about Kronika being non-playable, in order to not spoil the surprise .... I think there is a possible chance they are hidding things, and Kronika can end being a super secret unlockable character and make it ... being part of the game as playable

Then I withdraw what I said about them being lazy when wel thought that the roster had only 25 characters. I wanted to be sure that the 3 secret slots were official before saying this.

Interesting fact, the most faded slot of the 3 has its lock sign light up, but the other two dont.

Hmm.
