MK11 Raiden Hitbox Issues and Breakaway Problems

Im sure Raiden mains are already aware of this but not sure if everyone else is. F1 and F11 move through the opponents body/head with no hit reaction.

Also storm cells allows for breakaway before the move is even finished leaving Raiden punishable in some situations or limiting his damage to 10%.

It's been like this since the game came out. Not sure if NRS is aware.

Annnnd I also want his klassic electrocute move.

His new "Storm Cell" move is a downgrade and visually weird. Like. Why would he do that.

Yeah, preventing breakaway on Storm Cell seems more than reasonable.
