Character Specific Adjustments
Main Fighters
Scorpion
  • Rope Spin now hits overhead & has 23 startup frames (was mid & up from 20)
  • Enhanced Rope Spin now costs 2 bars of Super Meter & is -5 on block (down from -25)
Sub-Zero
  • Slightly reduced combo damage scaling after freeze reactions
Raiden
  • Razzle Dazzle now does 20 damage (from 0) on hit
Reiko
  • Adjusted hitbox of (Air) Reap The Whirlwind
Reptile
  • Acid Spit Ball now does 70 damage (from 60) & recovers 6 frames faster
  • Enhanced Acid Spit Ball now does 110 damage (from 90), recovers faster, & is a mid (was high)
Li Mei
  • (Air) Nova Blast recovers 3 frames faster
  • (Air) Flipping Heel Kick & (Air) Enhanced Flipping Heel Kick recovers 6 frames faster on miss
  • (Air) Enhanced Flipping Heel Kick no longer has different recovery when the last hit is flawless blocked
  • Chain Reaction now recovers 12 frames faster on miss
Tanya
  • Sidewinder now has 14 startup frames (down from 16)
  • Reduced combo damage scaling after Drill Kick & Umgadi Evade
Homelander
  • Flight attacks no longer enable autoblock
  • Flight Punching Down has 2 less hit advantage & Flight Bloody Knuckles has 10 less hit advantage
Conan
  • Increased health to 800 (was 700)
T-1000
  • Reduced health to 650 (from 700)
  • Reduced hitbox on Sacral Spike outside of a combo
  • Reduced damage of Axial Cross (Jump Front Kick, Back Punch)
Kameo Fighters
Frost (Kameo)
  • Ice Wall refill rate increased & refill cooldown reduced by 1 second, refill rate after follow-up also increased
  • Snow Flakes refill rate slightly increased & refill cooldown increased by 2 seconds (overall 1 second faster)
Tremor (Kameo)
  • Reduced health to 350 (was 400)
Darrius (Kameo)
  • Increased health to 400 (from 350)
  • Tornado Kick refill rate slightly increased & refill cooldown increased by 1 second (overall 6 seconds faster), refill rate after follow-ups also increased
Motaro (Kameo)
  • Increased health to 300 (from 250)
Goro (Kameo)
  • Raise The Roof refill rate slightly increased & refill cooldown increased by 3 seconds (overall 1 second faster), refill rate after follow-ups also increased
Kano (Kameo)
  • Using Your Noggin now does 130 damage (from 110)
Sub-Zero (Kameo)
  • Iced Out refill rate slightly increased & refill cooldown increased by 2 seconds (overall 1 second faster)
  • Arctic Armor refill rate increased & refill cooldown increased by 3 seconds (overall 1 second faster), refill rate after follow-ups also increased
Kung Lao (Kameo)
  • Orbiting Hat & Wobbly Orbit lasts twice as long
  • Slightly reduced combo damage after Spin, Orbiting Hat, & Wobbly Orbit
Madam Bo (Kameo)
  • Teahouse Tumble is now +6 on hit (down from +10), increased victim regions on hit, & the Kettle Kicks follow-up starts 1 frame faster

I think Sub Zero does a bit more damage now.
They actually nerfed t1k, interesting.
Motaro health increased, good.
Kung Lao kameo orbiting hat is actually a nice buff.
They really want to make Darrius viable, he's actually a very good pick cause of the health boost.
 
Was not expecting more health for Conan, so that's pretty neato. Grats to Razzle Dazzle obtaining a license to deal damage.

Also, wasn't Cyrax supposed to die this patch?

Wondering how the autoblock on Homelander air cancels affect his gameplay (I hope it ruins it lol).

Also definitive edition trailer just launched soooooo, the rumors about end of support are getting more credibility?

"And more" from a marketing team can mean literally anything. It could actually be that more is to come, but it's not the smart bet at this point (at least that it'll be anything substantial). Rumors are absolutely more credible now.
I can't wait for his contrarian and speaking in definitives response telling you you're wrong. We're all wrong in fact. He will know best. Just wait for him to bestow his infinite knowledge upon us.

Or we're gonna get the strawman that "and more" can mean more DLC, which could just be skins. I think the players would like more actual content as part of the "and more" than skins they'll possibly never use.
 
Reading on reddit, the "and more" seems to actually refer to Liu Kang's Bruce Lee skin (plus all the other bonuses from previous preorders and premium skins) and apparently nothing more. I will wait before affirming "they wont do ANYTHING else" because, before the game launched, there was a leak that predicted story details and stuff that was accurate for EVERY item in the leaked list... except kombat kodes.

And why it is not the smart thing to do? Also rumors said that Floyd isn't coming and look were we are.
 
Because marketing has no need to be accurate and there's decades of examples of this? Main rumor of note didn't mention floyd at all to my memory.
It was a separated rumor, and it was proven wrong. Point is any rumor can be wrong, the fact that we both call it a "rumor" means it is not confirmed. Also that doesn't answer my question, of course that statement isn't gonna be accurate, because they don't wanna show us what's coming before it does. And yes it could be very little or a lot, but something is coming on top of the movie skins.
 
Looking back at the franchise's history under NetherRealm Studios, once the "komplete edition" of a game is released, the only additional content we've had is balance patches, and for Mortal Kombat XL, a Cassie and Jacquie Skin. I don't believe there was ever anything further.

So while anything is possible, odds are we'll see one or two more balances patches and maybe a skin or so.
 
This is the type of shit I be talking about. We need leaks to know anything about the game. One of my biggest irks about NRS is their lack of communication, it’s been a long running issue.
 
He did it after Liu Kang's Low Fireball, when he clearly lowers his hurtbox more than regular duck. Common sense.

That happened in MKX also, when Sub-Zero's slide allowed him to slide under Reptile's Forceball because of his hurtbox.
It would be common sense if it worked the same way for EVERY mid projectile in the game. A baby push for Reptile again despite the rest of the cast sprinting past him. Props to the people responsible to keep him off the map for the WHOLE game. :coffee:
