MK 11 Amazon Pre-Orders ! Heads up !

If you ordered through Amazon and haven't yet received a beta code for your pre-order then you may have ordered too early. This has happened to me. The beta code promotion didn't officially start until 1/18/19 .

I spoke with an Amazon representative and they told me to cancel my first pre-order and to repurchase MK11 now. They assured me that I should get my beta code on time this way. I hope this helps anyone searching for answers. I will update this thread if I run into any snags.

Thanks, but I bought my from another store, and it was March 14th, so I'm pretty much on time I guess.
I'm checkin the MK Facebook page and people who bought from the same store are telling they called the store and the store told them the codes would be send out tomorrow -_-

Mind you, the WB Brazil page said the codes'd be send out March 26, then the store confirmed me that they'd send today, THEN NOW they're saying they'll send them tomorrow.

EDIT: now the costumer service answered me that "I already filled up a ticket about it and I have to wait until they answer it."

...I sent them a ticket last week and they didn't answer me. I asked the service an estimative time for the answer and she said "until April 1st" .___.

Thanks for this. Checked my pre-order, and I did so back in December. Just updated my pre-order now so hopefully I get my code soon.

Didn't get my code yet but luckily I had the other beta app still on my ps4. If I get one tomorrow I'll pass it along here.

I ended up cancelling my pre-order with Amazon and went to Gamestop. Got my code this morning.
