Missing Noob’s DC skin

I downloaded the DC skins pack and it doesn’t have the Noob skin. I deleted the game and reinstalled and still missing. Any suggestions

Is the Baraka Killer Croc skin and the Kitana Catwoman skin present? And what platform are you playing on?

If you made the same mistake I did, the skins are there, but the pointy smiley hat thing is a gear piece of his mask, not a skin.
Check his gear, and it will all be there.

to clarify: the primary skin is called "darkest knight", the corresponding gear pieces are the "crazed laughter" mask, "joy of pain" sickle, and "rabid robin summoner" shadow.
