Why do some moves miss fire? I was playing as cyrax and every other net I'd shot would make the noise to come out and not, same with kabals rolling blade things.
Did you use cyrax's net before it "miss-fired?" Even after the net disappears you need to wait a second or two before you can use it again. Probably the same with kabal, haven't used him yet.
Some moves have recovery times. It isn't a miss fire. It's there to prevent moves from getting spammed.
For example getting a barrage of ground saws would be bad. Sub-Zero can't throw out more than 1 clone at a time, and after it vanishes it takes about 120 frames before he can drop another one.
