Mirror's Edge 2 in development

This is such great news! Mirror's Edge is one of my favorite games, and the way it ended wasn't a good way to just finish and never come back to that Universe.

Right, there's so many ways to go with it, since there are other runner groups out there. And now both Faith and Kate are wanted fugitives.
Hopefully they look at the weaker points of the first game and correct them. I always had hoped Mirrors Edge would get picked up for a movie deal, because I could see Jacknife being played by Johnny Knoxville. "Hello Faithy.." (falls and knocks himself unconcious) lol

Mirror's Edge is easily one of my favorite games to ever be released on the PS3. The use of color is just phenomenal and the gameplay was great as well. If there was some way they could implement a multiplayer mode for this new game where you try to get through a level with other players chasing you down... THAT would be awesome.

I could see them doing something like making Faith better at stealth and running, while Kate is better with firearms and possibly close quarters combat. Makes sense in my head anyway.

Id hate to see the guns completely go, but maybe add other options to the gameplay to make the guns feel less "necessary" especially in the later levels

Actually there used to be a rumour where the MP on ME2 will be Runners vs Blues Left 4 Dead style.
