Ruthless F/T was my answer to the Mileena matchup. Tossing ferra around shuts down her zoning and you can punish telekick with command grab regardless if she sais or not. For months I didn't know what to do until I tried F/T. I don't believe its a winning matchup but its even at least and the MU doesn't frustrate me anymore.

In my opinion, the most annoying mu's for her are impostor, dragon naginata, ruthless, ninjutsu. This is for piercing, haven't really tried the other variations against these characters so it might be different.

I don't think Dragon Naginata is a hard matchup for Piercing. Where's your instant air sai? You can convert instant air sai into full combo. Her close range mixups are annoying but they lead to low damage and Mileena can punish a lot of the mixups for big damage. Your d1 is also faster than hers and catch her jumping out into full combo.
I believe that Ravenous can rape Dragon Naginata much better, because reversal high pounce can punish her B2, BF2 and staff stance 4, and she has much better and safer mixup
I think hard matchups for Piercing are anyone with good d4 that Piercing can't counterpoke effectively: Kano, Acidic, Shinnok, Cassie.
However Ravenous and Ethereal can cover most of those Piercing's bad matchups, except for Shinnok

Pyromancer at least goes even. If Pyro has meter, Mileena has nothing.
High fireball shuts down telekick, instant air teleport makes you able to corner Mileena if she rolls.

it's kinda even against ninjutsu. Mileena still has a decent neutral but she can keep ninjutsu at bay with zoning since he can't reaction teleport outside of an ia sai. Whoever gets their offense going first wins basically. Ethereal does slightly better than piercing against ninjutsu since she has other solid whiff punishing options with EX fade but can be baited out at the same time. Ravenous has safe stuff against ninjutsu but her neutral is slightly worse. 5-5 across all variations for ninjutsu.

Cassie is a no. Mileena low profiles b1and b12 with her d3,she can't iag,mileenas f23 doesn't get low profiled by d4. I don't know any mileenas who just spam b12 anymore . Plus she can roll b124(even tho you can easily bait it) it's an easy meterless option to get out of our pressure. The best thing Cassie has on mileena is whiff punishing her d3,b12,and f23 which is no cake walk because she can play patient and throw sais . Which nuetralizes your walk speed up close anyway. You can take that risk and jump though & eat a d1,b1,roll,telekick anti air

I fail to see how Ruthless is a decent matchup against Piercing. F/T's neutral game is fairly weak in general, Mileena shines in this area. She damn near low profiles everything they have as well, including F/T's B1 mid string, and she can easily play the fullscreen game against them. Jumpins are also free for her.
