I do like the combo the goes into the setup i was looking for something to go into 223 for interactables setups.

if 223 hits you while you are airborn then it can be tech rolled. This was the initial reason NW players didn't use 223

This applies to multiple character strings actually, like batman's B112 and doomsday's 112 and zod's B123, it isn't just specific to nightwing you know.
