Skarlet scientist
Hey guys, i would like to have some feedback from all of you. I would like to now:
- If the moment you build the first bar, the opponent start to risk less.
- If you have all 3 bars, the Opponent doesn't risk at all.
- The Opponent risk more
- The opponent baits you to spend the bar
Defensive behaviors
1.1 Skarlet w/ no meter:
- The opponent often crouch blocks.
- The opponent Jumps in and Crossup a lot.
- The opponent tries to get in
- The opponent starts zoning ( the opponent has the life lead)
- The opponent pokes out a lot against your pressures
- The opponent respect delayed punishes (late up slash/slide)
- The opponent doesn't respect delayed punishes (late upslash/slide, Jumps out of the corner or pressure)
- The oppoent Fuzzy Guards while on pressure.
1.2 Skarlet w/ meter:
- The opponent starts to fuzzy guard
- The Opponent avoids risky setups
- The opponent tries to get in
- The opponent stays the same.
- The opponent poke less on your pressures (respecting delayed punishes)
- The opponent jumps out of your pressure (Avoiding more pressure and counter with jips or jumps out of the corner)
- Still crouch blocks very often during red dash fake outs, even with meter
1.3 Skarlet w/3 bars of meter:
- The opponent often blocks standing
- The opponent jumps out of red dashes.
- The opponent tries to NJP Slides
- The opponent start zoning (He has the life lead)
- The opponents keep zoning ( you have the life lead)
- The opponent turtle.
- Opponent stays the same
Its a way i come up with, to detect mistakes on your opponents (and also a way to improve my reads), since i play by sensing and very quick judgment on what is happening at the moment, it would be of great help having a look if who you play against pays attention to your meter bar, or just doesn't care about it.
Just quote my post and bold all the behaviors you have noticed on your opponents with green if they happen most of the time, yellow if they casually or instinctively do it, and purple if it happens pretty much often.
Based on what you bold, i will quote your post again and will give you possible thoughs of what your opponent thinks its happening and why he does that to outplay the Skarlet tools you use.
Feel at will to add your thoughs by putting yourself in the opponent place, i think that is possible to tell your playstyle based on this.
