I just realized how good Reflect was for building meter and I wanted to share this with you guys.
Not only do you get meter for using reflect, but you also get meter if the opponent blocks the reflected projectile. Also, you build meter by getting a free lighting if the reflected projectile connects.
So basically, when reflecting a zoner, you can build meter 2x faster than him every time he blocks a projectile. All this while not taking any damage and potentially causing some.
I tried this with Reptile and after 6 reflected & blocked balls I had more than one bar of meter, while he didn't even have half of one.
