Maximilian talks FULGORE in a new breakdown video, possibly one of the most designed characters

In one of his latest videos, Maximilian talks about Fulgore, the eighth Killer Instinct character coming out in March of 2014. Max goes over his complete design showing off several images from the Ultra Fan Book stating that it looks like Fulgore was one of, if not, the most designed character out of them all. It appears his original re-design was quite bulky and the final design looks to just be overall amazing. Check it out as Max gives you the 'Fulgore 101'.
