What is a Phantom Hitbox?
A Phantom Hitbox is essentially a move(normal/special) in which hits people without physically touching the other opponent's hurtbox.

They have existed in MK9, IGAU, and MKX.

I wish to create the list in hope for NRS to see this absolutely horrible issue.

If a character representative could list their phantom hitboxes, I have no problem going through and recording each and every one.

This list never materialized... i have suspicions about a lot of characters (Kano's B1, Tremor's Rock Shower (and other similar moves., etc) but would like to see an actual list if it's out there.
