Man charged over "Mortal Kombat" drugs

A man has appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court charged with drugs offences involving "Mortal Kombat" tablets.

Found this while trying to find info on something else, here is a pic of the drugs in question:

The article I think mentions they might be Ecstasy. Apparently a bad batch that made a girl fall ill, but not related to a current investigation of some pills that resulted in the death of another individual, so no tasteless "fatality" jokes from me.

I gotta admit initially when I saw he was being charged for Mortal Kombat Tablets my brain went straight to "THE RAAAAAAAAAAAGE!!!!!!"

thats why taking ecstasy isnt as safe as some people might lead you to believe. unless you can be sure the tablet just contains mdma (never does) which im pretty sure is very difficult to overdose on youre at risk. the mk tablets were probably 'PMA' according to the article.
