MAME 32k 0.64 problem

Hi,
I'm new here and I'm trying to play umk3 on mame 32k 0.64, but everytime I start up mame, it says something about having an older comctrl.dll or something. So I can't change options and audit and stuff. I don't know what to do because this is the first time I try MAME. I searched internet and I somebody said it's due to having windows 7, and I have windows 7. Is there a solution?

yeah, replace your dll file or just copy/download it

In Windows 7 or Vista, you cannot change the options with the GUI. You have to find the file that the settings are in and change them that way.
