Ok, so while this is a beta and this could be fixed in final version or maybe nrs arent aware of this/already know about this but havnt found fix yet
anyways with kabals leg scoop and barakas amplified leg kebob the requirements are to hit on a stand blocking opponent.
However if you block the normal before the special crouching before going into stand block to be hit by the special the kb will not trigger.
So barakas 122/b312 or kabals b12/f4 1+2 can not trigger there kbs when low specisl is used as a mixup making them useless kb wise
(Will not trigger on neutral ducking opponents either just fyi so cant for example even use mixup of with baraka as blood lunge or raw leg kebob to fish for the kb as it wont trigger)
This kind of makes these kb useless as outside opponent thinking u going to do a shorthop normal on oki so they stand block and u do the raw specials and im guessing thats not intentional
