Lost almost everything

Came back from work to find all my battles locked, costumes, backgrounds, portraits and emblems locked yet my last ones used are still on my hero card

If I try to go in the archives its says I need to sign in yet I am, My DLC costumes are all gone yet Lobo is still their and after signing back into my WBID nothing came back

I've tried redownloading the patch and TU to no avail

Happened to me once too. Luckily I wasn't TOO far ahead.

Update: now the game doesnt even register any button inputs in a match wtf
