just keep him in short distance range and have a bar or two for ex kartwheel.. once you're in on him it's really fuckin hard for kabal to deal with it. d4 ms and ex kartwheel is a big threat to kabal so if you master movement on gettin in pretty quick without much chip you'll be okay
