Looking for a training partner in the Lincoln, NE area

Hey guys! As you can tell from the title, I'm looking for someone to play some MK9 with in the Lincoln Nebraska area. I'm in college right now and I don't have internet for online play, so an offline partner would be awesome! I've been playing since release and I'm familiar with almost all lingo and strategies. I'm not amazing by any means, but I do enjoy the game enough to where I want to get better. I play as Reptile :reptile: and Ermac :ermac:. If you'd be interested in meeting up to play a bit, let me know! Thanks!

Made an account just so I could respond to this. I've been a part of the Fighting Games community for a while now. I live in Lincoln @ UNL for 9 months out of the year, then back to Omaha in the summers. But I have basically been playing every day, tons of hours total. Hit me up if you wanna play sometime. I might even be able to get a few more people together or get a tournament set up locally.

Hell yeah dude! That's definitely going to happen. I haven't gotten the playing time I've wanted to lately with classes going on, but playing offline would be awesome. Just don't get mad when you find that I'm not amazing. I got a friend who has just started, so he could probably join as well. PM me sometime so we can play.

tell you what; I'll probably send you a friend request, as long as I can remember. I'll get back to you with a date and time soon, hopefully. I'm crazy busy working right now, doing stuff for law school applications, my thesis, and general class stuff. But I'll make time for you. MK is slowly becoming one of my favorite games of all time and I'd love to have some locals to practice with.
