I’ve seen guy in Russia play the test. WTF I thought it was region locked. Or does having US account allow you to play it?

You can make multiple accounts on PS4. And yes you can pick any country.

I know you can. I have japanese account. I thought it wouldn’t send you a code anyway

Well i am not sure how that guy got the code. But if you have US account + code that's it, you can play.
