Lookin' to secondary Human Cyrax, tips?

So I main Smoke and I decided it's time for a change, I've learned the basic net combos and all that good stuff, but what other combos or tips should I look to, and secondly, is Cyrax worth the time? Thanks in advance.

Im in the same boat actually my best recomendation I guess would be to check out older Vsm thursday streams and dig for@J360 footage.
