It's always been that way dude, it's a cheeky thing to throw out there if the other guy doesn't know about it, but after they get hit once you'll generally just put yourself at frame disadvantage, it's still pretty cool though, especially in the corner.

This is not crazy tech. Pretty plain and simple. No offense. And landing an air d3 below the waist is... not practical in the more common situations, but definitely possible.

Just found this bit about doing dive in the corner on some stages. On some stages, in specific corners, you actually cross over the opponent twice and can perform some shenanigans.
