114 up missile on hit can be varying degrees of plus, so it depends on how high he hits you what your options are. A very low height 114 up missile is punishable via spin or ex spin, and a high one will stuff your spins, and if you block them he can either jail a s1 or frame trap you with a mid. Basically, a high height hitting 114 up missile will have to be held but a very low height one can be punished.
