Wow I didn't even know that could happen where the opponent can block but not duck when the frames align like that. Perhaps the kustom reversal isn't taking advantage of the buffer so it comes at least a frame later?

While we're on the subject, I don't think you can do special moves with the kustom reversal either which would be nice.

You can't punish -7 with a 7 frame normal on reversal, you need a 6 frame reversal. There's a frame for coming out of block. If that was a special move, it would get the "reversal" and not have that extra frame, and would punish if it was a 7 frame startup.

I know you can't punish it -7 with 7 frame normal.
Baraka should be jailed into blocking it or not being able to neutral crouch it
