So Kustom has unlocked Kollector's full potential. With the command grab being the obligated move to have, we are down to 2 moves.
My main focus with this character is to optimize his s4 stagger (or stagger game in general), his footsies tools (his top tier d3 and various moves with disjointed hurtbox) and some mobility to keep distance.
A basic build I came up with is with bag bombs (not the DoT one) and the teleport. Bag bombs are rather slow but they are mid and with proper spacing they can be little minus to even plus on block. Top that all of with the opportunity to do really plus restands. The teleport is just for extra mobility and to get in on zoning.
Another idea is bag bombs & relic lure. You get conversions off of anti air bag bombs & b2. Or replace teleport with air bag bombs is a thought.
