I was hoping for something like Raidens Kombo Kompodium (butchered the word lmfao).

The only midscreen for 35% is Tom's teleport+3, 1,1,2,1, spin, jk, dk, 1, 1, 2,4,1+3,2. And you actually have to hit all of them on your opponent.

It's supposed to be teleport+3, 1,1,2,_, spin, jk, dk, 1, 1, 2,4,1+3,2, isn't it?

My 2nd no meter bnb would be teleport+3 or jip, 1,1,2, spin, nip, jk, dk, f3, spin

Not sure about the damage, it might be arround 32%. Weather or not you want your opponent to stay close or not, you chose one of these bnbs.

House-keeping my good man, I said the entire string and spin because of the properties of special moves, the fact that you can input an attack, followed by a direction (rather than the usual direction followed by an attack) and get your special move. That is also why I said spin, rather than d/f+1.

I suppose so that confusion is avoided as to why the last 1 didn't come out, I'll go ahead and refer to it as the latter combo rather than the former.

Retconning one thing in my last post, I meant to say "about 35%" rather than "35%".

Hey , KL doesn't do more than 35% midscreen meterless , however here's some combos i didn't see posted

112 spin Jk dk dk dash 24 1+3 2 = 34%

21 spin Jk dk dk dash 24 1+3 2 = 35%

21 spin Jk dk dk dash 24 1+3 4 = 34%

112 spin Jk dk dk dash 24 1+3 4 = 33%

b33 spin Jk dk dk dash 24 1+3 2 = 32%

with a Jip they increase by 3% , with tele3 b 7%

with 1 bar:

112 spin Jk Dk dash 2 Ex Hat Dk dash 24 1+3 2 = 41%

21 spin Jk Dk dash 2 Ex Hat Dk dash 24 1+3 2 = 43%

b33 spin Jk Dk dash 2 Ex Hat Dk dash 24 1+3 2 = 40%

with a Jip they increase by 3% , with tele3 b 6%

You may wanna test them because i'm not 100% sure of some combos with 1 bar but there ya go.
Well , i've hit the lab and found out KL can do more than 35%

21 spin Jk Dk Dk dash 1 dash 24 1+3 2 = 36%

b1f1 spin Jk Dk Dk dash 24 1+3 2 = 36%

Once u hit the lab for some hours, you'll find tons of combos. Here are some nice looking ones, not often used (and not recommended), as they have only little damage output:

no meter:
jip, 1,1,2, jip, teleport+1 ...24%
jip, 1,1,2, jip, teleport+3, dash 1, dash 1, 2,4,1+3,4 ...30%

no meter, corner:
jip, b1,f1, b3,3,3, 1,1,2, spin, 1, 1, 2,4,1+3,2 ...34%

1 meter:
teleport+2, 3, exhat, teleport+3 ...26%
(corner carrier)
teleport+2, 3, exhat, dk, spin, 1, 1, 2,4,1+3,2 ...39% (hmm not bad for 1 meter...)

2 meter:
(corner carrier)
teleport+2, 3, exhat, dk, exspin, 1, 2,4,1+3,2 ...39%
jip, 1,1,2, spin, exhat, dash d2, exspin ...37%

3 meter:
jip, 1,1,2, jip, teleport+4, xray ...38%

I think you can add dash 1 to some of these, can't test it right now. And you can swap jip with teleport+3.

This one is pretty hard but it probably has the worst scaling in the history of MK9:

Corner:

b1f1, b333, b333, spin, b333, xray, f3. 19 hits and 34% damage. lol.

Another one:

tele 3, 21 spin, uppercut, 2 ex hat toss, jump kick, dive kick, jump kick, ex dive kick, 3 ex hat toss, jump kick, tele 3, 24 1+3 2. 68%. Boss corner combo, you would drop the 24 1+3 2 at the end on anyone else but Sheeva but if you replace the jump kick dive kick with just a dive kick than you should be able to land the 24 1+3 2.
