This is a true bnb. It is basically the same one I use for tempest with hat spin as a launcher.

This is the one i use, without teleport mid starter(not a big fan of it btw)
i'll admit, that starter is pretty good if you manage to hit someone with it. if only it was an overhead.

Another thing, I'm kinda iffy on the b2,1,3+4 ender. especially since we barely have any time to go into okizeme.

I wouldn't recommend the b2,1,3+4 ender at all. Especially in buzzsaw where Kung Lao feasts off of oki.
