Krypt elder god puzzle bugged?

I found a wheel puzzle beyond the dragon amulet door, I inserted Kronika's amulet and Cetrion's amulet and left to go earn Shinnok's amulet after grinding my ass off I acquired it. I return to the wheel puzzle but now the middle wheel holding Kronika's amulet is facing the wrong way and the lever cannot be used. So I have all the amulets inserted but can't open the gate.

Anyone else experience this? Kinda pissed about the heavy ass grind only for the fucking puzzle to not work.

Still unable to complete the puzzle after meeting all requirements and after patch. All the patch did was move the lever into the upright position, still can't interact with it and the wheel is still the wrong way
