Krushing Blow Sinister Silhouette help

Hi. For the krushing blow to trigger on B3,1+3 it says “Triggers if opponent was STAND BLOCKING”

I feel a Noob (Ha), but could someone please explain how to enable it to trigger. I cannot get it to work in the lab. I used to think it triggered on a counter.

If you're trying to do it in practice mode, you need to set the AI block mode to stance hold and movement to stand.

So does it trigger when someone is blocking high and I hit the B31+3 as a low?

Exactly. And sadly you have no reason to ever block high on Noob except when he jumps in or 112, which is clearly coming.
This hitting is just as much an accident of you pressing 1+3 instead of bf1 as the opponent has to be standing and blocking.
