Kotal brutality not working. Possibly bugged?

I took pictures but the file is to large to upload. It's called taste of blood. Final hit must come from the command grab. Says to hold up on final hit.
I've tried multiple times I've even tried to amplify it, still nothing. I unlocked this brutality yesterday in a tower of time and haven't got it to work one time

I unlocked this yesterday as well but haven’t looked at it yet. Following the thread just in case the description is wrong. Might try it out tonight when I get home, if no one has figured it out by then.
