I don't think it's underrated at all its OP, but Kotal's overshadows it so much maybe some people do under rate it lol

Not underated everyone has kollector in s- tier and cmd grab is a big reason

I've played over 200 kombat league matches this season and only seen 2 Kollectors... and they weren't very experienced

He's just not a popular character doesn't really have a role in the lore etc

Yeah you can get away with a ton with Kollector. I think my 44 been flawless blocked on KL like once. Everyone blocks S4 so it's functionally a mid.

I usually do decent against Kollectors bc I'm fully aware his weaknesses and gimmicks, and a ton of Kollectors you see are used to getting away with the cheap shit
