I think most mains know this but I often get questions about his restands. I think both 2 1+3 and b1 tele is... Bad. F4 on the other hand is pretty good. It's +18 on hit.
Genereally you're sacrificing about 50 damage for the restand. Your go to option would be command grab for 129 damage, giving you a 80 damage net gain. If they try to jump, backdash, push buttons, anything you catch them with F22 which you can hit confirm into grab for 165 damage or into amp bola for 300+ damage. The timing is strict af midscreen to catch backdashes though. In the corner you can do whatever you want, you're in their face and +18 lol. It's explained better in the video.
