Yea people are talking about voice actors and such lol. On my end, I'm waiting for the PC version and I own season 1 already. However, I'm not a Halo fan, but some people are being ridiculous lol.

Guest characters are fine when they are held in reasonable numbers, which is 1 and maximum 2.

NRS fucked up because their two DLC packs consist of guest characters on 50%, which could have potentially be any of the great MK character that is not in the game and there are plenty to choose from.

But this, this is ONE guest character in the entire season 3, which will consist of core KI characters further. So to do a comparison it is just 10% out of 100%, the rest of 90% will be Killer Instinct characters. Situation like this is much more tolerable.

If MKX had one guest character in KP1 and one in KP2, that would give us 6 MK characters and that deal would've been much better than what we have now, where some of the iconic MK characters that were not used in MKX are replaced with shitty horror movie characters. Predator and Alien should've been the only guest characters if we talk about the inevitable inclusion of guests in general, but definitely not 4 where 2 of them are lame. Seriously, Jason and Leatherface over Noob Saibot, Nightwolf, Sindel, Fujin, Li Mei, Sareena, Rain, Baraka, Frost...? Disgusting.

I get the guest character hate, however I don't agree, since if you have guest characters that draws people's attention, and gets them interested in the game, which makes them want to buy it, the more people that buy the game. The more successful it is, which means that the series is making money, which means that they can supply better and more high quality games in said series in the future, which I'm all for. And even then, it is another character to mess around with, to learn match ups with, it is a new fully fleshed out character that will add more fun to the game. So hate me all you want I love guest characters.
