Microsoft bought Rare over ten years ago and own every IP that Rare owned before. It's like wondering if Halo would go to any other system. They own it completely.

True BUT they made Titanfall exclusive to the XboxONE now they are haveing Titanfall 2 for the PS4 also. So they might have a chance.
