Character threads havent been updated since season 1 but lots more people were getting interested in the game after season 3, figured since KOF, SFV, and Tekken had their threads it was time for KI.

Discuss game mechanics, match ups, characters, potential season 4, Iron Galaxy in general, etc

Just found out how useful the attack data is in this game. No having to pause and go back to the moves list to check frame data or move properties as I test stuff out. Just puts all the frame data and whether the move is invincible, throw immune, recaptures, projectile invincible etc all on the side as you are doing them. Learned Gargos basics 20x as fast thanks to that. Helps too that all that data is actually correct too unlike MKX

I kinda wish that there was a way to check frame data of characters that you don't have. I agree that the attack data is really useful with showing restands and other tricks you can do faster

I've yet to get season 3 and that data would be helpful to have.

At least the combo breaker training lets you pick characters that you don't have.

Her instinct combos arent fully unbreakable anymore but still good

Ki is great, its just so well though out. Everything has it place, nothing is really broken, character balance is on point. I'm really enjoying it atm.

I'm a total noob at this game. Haven't played too much but I love the tutorial they have for it.

I'm gonna give it another shot at playing it. Too many great games with ttt2 occupying most of my xbox time but I'm loving KI Alot!

Its kind of insane how much sense everything makes and how polished and clean the gameplay and moves are while still having completely unique character designs and archetypes. The bar has definitely been raised for NRS and Injustice 2

I wanna get back into KI so bad. Just soooo overwhelmed with the changes since season 2. I stopped playing once maya was released. I wanna main Kim Wu. I used to main orchid/maya but once I saw mira and kim I wanted to play again. Since I heard mira was broken, I said let's go Kim lol
