KI to run @720p and 1080p! Over!

Here is a link that brings this to light. Is the game really that big that a next gen X-Bone can not run it at 1080p. The ps3 ran Mk9 at 60fps and at 720p, do you think the PS4, since it can handle more calculations per second, should have gotten this game in order to run it the right way? I just wish KI wasn't releasing just a piece of the game. I think 6 characters will get boring fast, and I aksi don't like the sound track music that gets played when someone is performing an Ultra. Let me know what you guys think and here is the link http://gamingbolt.com/killer-instinct-dev-anything-that-hinders-60-fps-is-removed-or-optimized-praises-xbox-one-cloud Over!

Thing is, the Xbone could easily run it at 1080p if the graphics were turned down. While the PS4 has (slightly) superior hardware, you're still going to hit that point almost just as quick where the frame rate begins to drop under 60. You have a choice of fancy graphics at 1080p or fancier graphics at 720p. KI devs went for the latter.

The Xbone has the graphics card equivalent of a current low-end PC graphics card - while it has access to far more RAM (due to it being shared with the main system), there's only so much raw performance you can get out of it.

I feel that this game was started way too late. They need more time to really differentiate its self from the rest of the FGs. Sure it looks kind of different now but it needs some work on it... it just doesn't look right at all.

ALL I HAVE IS THE GREEN.
The title should be changed to say:
"KI to run @720p and 60fps! Over!"

Also, MK9 doesn't run at 1080p on the consoles to answer LOWCASH

thanks wow - i guess the menus are a bit bigger and then it switches to 720 for gameplay? I've had my system set at 720 for so long
It is possible that the game switches resolutions between, menus, cutscenes and gameplay but I don't know any details on that. Most PS3/360 games have a native resolution of 720p or less, so having your system set to output at 720p is generally a good choice.
